Venezuela launches tactical drills over Trump's military moves near its coast

Venezuela launched “Independence 200,” a massive nationwide military exercise aimed at countering what it calls an imminent U.S. threat in the Caribbean. Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino claimed “a war has practically been declared” amid U.S. deployments of warships, stealth fighters, and a submarine near Venezuelan waters.
